kvirc && ssl

Try connecting with Kvirc 3.0.0_beta1 to an SSL irc server.
It just crashes? ... Very very annoying.

I have SSL in my USE flags (well it's there by default), but it doesn't seem to include it?
Problem with the ebuild? Problem with kvirc?

I'm using KDE 3.0.2, so I'm not planning on using kvirc 2.x, since I would need the KDE2 libs and stuff..

Been trying some things.. It just doesn't matter, it keeps crashing

I set up SSL connection with stunnel, then connected to 127.0.0.1 ... Kvirc crashed. Tried with /server -s 127.0.0.1 .. Crashes as well.

Works like a charm with irssi though...

Strange? Or is everything SSL in Kvirc broken?

From what I've heard the ebuild of kvirc is a little outdated. you might wanna try the newest CVS.

Tried the CVS version. Still doesn't work.

It only seems to happen when I connect to LinkNet servers:
