Hi all,

Sorry for the dumb question, but I can't seem to find how to turn off the following in portage:

>>> Jobs: 0 of 1 complete, 1 running Load avg: 0.43, 0.56, 0.56

and make it just show the compile like it used to (I just upgraded it to 2.1.10.39).

I thought I had the same problem a while back, but I can't find the solution now. Thanks.

Code:
echo "EMERGE_DEFAULT_OPTS=\"--quiet-build=n\"" >> /etc/make.conf

Moved from Portage & Programming to Duplicate Threads. See emerge messages have stopped? and [ Poll ] Should portage hide build output from the user by default?.
