I have a problem when switching my USB 3.0 HDD mobile rack on (Thermaltake Max5G).
The system only notices the drive when I re-attach the USB cable.
This is the log before re-attaching:

Code:
Oct 12 02:07:57 melforce kernel: usb 4-2: new SuperSpeed USB device number 6 using xhci_hcd
Oct 12 02:07:57 melforce kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:09:00.0: WARN: short transfer on control ep
Oct 12 02:07:57 melforce kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:09:00.0: WARN: short transfer on control ep
Oct 12 02:07:57 melforce kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:09:00.0: WARN: short transfer on control ep
Oct 12 02:08:12 melforce kernel: usb 4-2: can't set config #1, error -110

Is there any way to initiate re-enumerate the device in software way after switching it on?
