Hey, I'm trying to install andyetitmoves from the 3rd humble bundle, using the ebuild from this bug report.

Thing is, it's on an amd64 machine, and there are both i386 and x86_64 packages, but both contain the same 32-bit binaries, in fact the contents of both andyetitmoves_1.2.1_i386.tar.gz and andyetitmoves_1.2.1_x86_64.tar.gz when unpacked are identical...

Should there be 64-bit binaries, and if anyone still has andyetitmoves_1.2.0_x86_64.tar.gz could they check to see what that contains?

Thanks.

I've not used the ebuild but this game works on my 64 system. Untar the package and run the "AndYetItMoves" shell script.

What happens when you try to run it or install from the ebuild?

It installs just fine, but wont run because I'm on a non-multilib system (the ebuild doesn't depend on any emul-linux-x86-* packages though...).

If it's a 32-bit only package, fine, but it really looks to me that someone just messed up with the 64-bit packaging.

Thanks, but he problem is I'm not sure if the 64-bit package should require the "emulation" libs, seeing as how there is specifically an x86_64 package provided suggests it should contain 64-bit binaries, and the fact that it contains identical files to the 32-bit package suggests to me something went wrong with the packaging or elsewhere, otherwise why provide the two "different" packages at all?
