I'm using XFACE4.
Which folder do I have to copy if I want to duplicate (copy) desktop environment; top, bottom menus settings etc from one computer to another.

~/.config/xfce4
~/.config/Thunar

would be a good beginning.

There must be something else; as I've a bottom panel and not much have change on it.
Thunar file manager with bunch of links on the side bar and nothing was copied.

Depending on how much you've customised there could be lots to copy over. Most of it will be somewhere under .config though, and possibly .local/share.

Minor tweaks like keyboard shortcuts and so on are mostly under .config/xfce4, but the thing I spend the most time setting up (and so am most careful to backup) is my custom menus, and these involve files in .config/menus, .local/share/desktop-directories, and .local/share/applications.

Don't forget standard files like .gtk-bookmarks, too (in your home directory). Basically if it has a dot in front of it, check if you need it!
