Do you have installed anything to /usr/local?
What is your version of libXvMC?

Such problems are sometimes the result of installing software outside portage. Often this will land in /usr/local/include or /usr/local/lib and interfere with the normal build process. Are those directories empty on your system?

Yeah I understand but this is a fresh installation on new machine, only portage.

Best regards

Usually this sort of message is a result of the compiler not finding a C or C++
header file where something is declared or defined that is later used in
a .c or .cc source file. You can produce the same kind of message during
development simply by failing to
Code:

#include <somefile.h>

for a standard system development library header or
Code:

#include "somefile.h"

for a header internal to a source package.

The package maintainers have test-compiled all of this stuff before releasing
the package, so it is likely not finding a standard development library
header file.

Some headers are in files local to a gcc installation rather than in
/usr/include/*, and due to slots, the possibility of having multiple
compiler versions installed, etc, the compiler and linker can need
some help from the environment to find these files.

You could try
Code:

source /etc/profile
lafilefixer --justfixit

That commonly resolves this sort of problem. (If you have rebooted and
then tried to emerge again, the "source /etc/profile" part has already been done.)

If that is not it, it may be some ordering problem in the ebuild
dependencies. (Some package needs to be installed first that is
apparently not there. This can result from emerging with a USE flag
that is not currently supported by a package that is a dependency of
this one.) "dri_bo", that sounds like it may be looking for a header file from libdrm.

If this is not fixed, you can look into the source code file where the error
is reported:
Code:

/var/tmp/portage/x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.15.0-r1/work/xf86-video-intel-2.15.0/src/xvmc/i965_xvmc.c

What system development library header files are included? (Specified in the file, usually
at the top, with "#include <filename.h>".) Are they all installed on your system?
(Can you see them in /usr/include/* or in some other directory tree on the system?)

Using some syntactic construction in the source code that is only supported by
some bleeding edge recent gcc version not likely to be included in a fresh install
(emphasis is on tested stable versions of everything) is another way to produce
an error of this sort, but pre-release test builds with the current marked-stable
version of the compiler normally catch that sort of thing. Same goes for makefile syntax,
etc.
