Blu-Ray reader/writer recommendations?

I would like to purchase an internal (SATA) blu-ray reader/writer for both data backup and watching Blu-Ray movies (probably via MakeMKV) on my Gentoo system. Any recommendations, suggestions or warnings on what blu-ray reader/writer to purchase would be appreciated.

I responded to this exact post under "Multimedia". I'm not an admin, but I know they appreciate it when we don't double-post.

I sometimes can't figure out exactly where to post something, either. I just pick one place and if nobody ever responds there, I can delete it and post it in another place.
