I'm trying to get my multimedia keys on my keyboard working properly but its being weird and I cant seem to work out why. Basically, all I want to do is have the volume up/down, mute, next track, previous track, play/pause buttons work in amarok but nowhere else.
KDE recognises my keyboard model in keyboard settings. If I go to Global Keyboard settings then I can change the amarok shortcuts to the button I want...
...only problem is that they are obviously clashing with something somewhere else. When I push the "volume up" button then the amarok volume increases as expected. When I push "volume down" though instead of decreasing the volume it opens a new tab in firefox.
The next/previous buttons don't seem to skip tracks in amarok even though I've told them to. Instead they do back/forwards in firefox.
Thing is, I can't find anywhere in the kde keyboard settings that relates to firefox keyboard shortcuts.
