I just installed pidgin by running but now that it's installed I can't seem to find it anywhere in my system. It doesn't come up in a search from my KDE Application Launcher, nor does anything ahppen if I just type
So I'm at a bit of a loss. Can anybody tell me where to look?

Perchance did you build pidgin without USE="gtk". If you did, set that flag in your place of choice (make.conf or package.use) and re-emerge pidgin. _________________ www.gentoo.org.au || #gentoo-au |

Thanks. Updating my system with the gtk USE flag did the trick. |
