Intel Core 3 64 bits

Hi all,

It-s my first 64 bit proc and I am having troubles with the Gentoo Install, with other x86 i never had problems...

I tried several iso's, 11.0 amd64 multilib, minimal, etc.... But when I am making the kernel (also with) genkernel, I have>

code mode 'kernel' not supported in the 32 bit mode
sorry, unimplemented: 64-bit mode not compiled in

When I run uname into chroot environment I have:
Linux livecd 2.6.37-gentoo-r4 #1 SMP ..... x86_64 Intel .....

Any idea??

Moved from Installing Gentoo to Duplicate Threads. lunita, pleas don't post duplicate help requests. It's permissible to bump your topic occasionally, but duplicates are counterproductive.
