emerge -u world blocked packages

Hi, while trying to

emerge -u world -p

I get:

...
[blocks B ] =kde-base/kdelibs-3.1 (from pkg x11-libs/qt-3.1.2-r4)
[blocks B ] =kde-base/kdebase-3.1 (from pkg x11-libs/qt-3.1.2-r4)
...

earlier I did emerge rsync and upgraded portage.

Is the only solution to

emerge unmerge kde-base/kdelibs-3.1

and

emerge x11-libs/qt-3.1.2-r4

and later

emerge kde-base/kdelibs-3.1 ?

KDE takes a hell of a lot time to emerge. Is there any other solution? Thanks.

I unmerged the blocking package and emerge -u world.

Then I had some other problems had to emerge rsync and emerge -u world again. Now it works.
