little problem of Xfce4 (Create from Template on Desktop)

Hi...

I use Gentoo 10.10 Xfce4.8.

But there's little problem.

When I clicked right button on Desktop, I can find Create From Template menu. and there's default template - Empty File.

But I can't create empty file...

Other Template (from Ubuntu ex OOO Doc. Text File...) works greate but Empty File doesn't work.

Where can I find Solution???
