|
|
Hello,
I don't know what I've done to cause this, I could no longer find the lcd control in
Code: | /sys/class/thermal/ |
So my lcd brightness works only at the lowest level.
It worked very well before. I updated the kernel to 3.4.0 several days ago, but I thought the lcd worked well at that moment.
Then today, it remains at the lowest level.
Could anyone give some advice please? Thanks
Let me know what information you need

well found the problem. But, there is still not the lcd control.
Yesterday, I entered the windows to use Photoshop, then when I shut down the laptop, the system did the update automatically. Then I entered my Linux system without going to windows to finish the configuration. It made the problem I mentioned before. Just now, I thought this may cause the problem, so I returned to windows to finish the trick then I get back to Linux, the lcd brightness stays at the highest level. However, there is still not the lcd control. it is too glare now |

I don't why, I recheck my apci configuration in kernel, I found that the video module isn't choosed. I am pretty sure that when I updated kernel, I chose that.
In addition. it's also interesting that windows update interferes the lcd brightness. |
