Hey guys!
I just install compiz fusion with emerald. Now I want to turn it back to gtk-window-decorator. So far no troubles. But I would like to use the metacity themes with gtk-window-decorator. As I read in the compiz-fusion wiki I have to enable metacity by navigating in GConf to apps/gwd/use_metacity_themes. Unfortunately there is no gwd directory! So I can not change cairo to metacity. I don't know what's going wrong and I'm very thankful for any advice.Thx!
cheers

What's the following value in your gconf-editor:
/desktop/gnome/session/required_components/windowmanager |
