QT 3.2.1 fails? I only know 3.1.2-r4 and it fails

I have been fighting to emerge QT 3.1.2-r4 and found the posts on problems QT 3.2.1. I have done a few rsyncs and yet I have not seen an ebuild for 3.2.1. What even more odd is that in /var/tmp/portage I have this:

/var/tmp/portage/qt-3.1.2-r5/temp/successful

And yet doing emerge -s qt produces this:

Can anyone tell me whats going on? My Final error looks like this:
