I am interested in testing:
x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.22
x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.13.0

http://intellinuxgraphics.org/2010Q3.html states that:
Quote:
(xserver-1.9.0 is recommended to use with this package)

Has anyone run it with stable x11-base/xorg-server-1.7?

Tested it: Yes it works without having to move to xserver unstable.

EDIT 2; There were issues with power save, screen not coming back on.
Moved to unstable X.

So to clarify for other intel 855GM chip set users updating to to following is much more stable for me:
Code:

x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.13.0
x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.22
x11-base/xorg-server-1.9.0.902
x11-base/xorg-drivers-1.9
x11-apps/xinit-1.2.1-r2
x11-drivers/xf86-input-synaptics-1.3.0
x11-drivers/xf86-input-evdev-2.5.0
