Reason: overzealous admin, locking topics (see https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-847032.html) Can't really fathom why bypassing dvd protection is "potentially illegal", then there's a sticky on how to do it on blu-ray at the top of the page.

Split from the report topic.

Knowingly allowing topics that discuss illegal activities can get Gentoo in legal trouble that we don't want and can't afford. For this reason we err on the side of caution which is why I locked the topic. The important laws are those where our servers reside and those are the laws we are governed by.

For these reasons discussing illegal activities are against our guidelines.
