|
|
hi
i've just installed fluxbox and Eterm
i configured theme.cfg to my liking however this theme only seems to load when i run Eterm from an already existing terminal
i usually open Eterm by right clicking and selcting Eterm. however, when i do this it seems to ignore theme.cfg
really, i just want to disable the scrollbar and the menu by default

Add
Code: | eterm*scrollbar:false |
to .Xdefaults |

i couldn't find .Xdefaults so i created it and added eterm*scrollbar:false
then i ran xrdb -merge .Xdefaults
now when i right click, i even see "reload Xdefaults" under "xutils"
unfortunately it doesn't seem to do anything. when i open a new terminal it seems unchanged, scrollbar and all. |

Look into fluxbox config, maybe eterm is started with a different config file. |

Maybe this helps
Code: | cd /usr/share/Eterm/themes/Eterm/themes (last theme is a file) |
