I'm getting nothing but static playing wma files with cmus. Is this a known issue? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong? Thank you for any help.

I can't seem to get to the homepage for cmus, but have you tried mplayer? Which output plugin are you using? It could be an endian issue.

Well it should be http://onion.dynserv.net/~timo/cmus.html but I guess dynserv.net is down right now or something. There's a freshmeat page, but I'm not sure how much that helps. Mplayer can play the files just fine. Alsa is my only output plugin configured right now, so I'm assuming cmus is using that. Heh.

The endian issues have been fixed in cmus 2.3.5 and cmus 2.4.0! Get them from http://cmus.sourceforge.net/ or soon directly from gentoo portage! |
