Hello,
I have this problem in kde 4.4.1 with composite enabled. I use the latest xf66-drivers-ati and latest xorg-server and this problem only occurs in kde programs. Not in Firefox or any other program.
ugly KDE JPG
Is there any solution for this problem?

Not sure, but maybe you need xcomposite in your USE flags, because kde-base/kwin uses it. |

Personally I use KMS with radeon.
To make it work flawlessly I use libdrm, mesa, xf86-video-ati - all 9999 versions from X11 overlay. No problems whatsoever here. _________________ 95% of all computer errors occur between chair and keyboard (TM)
