Did you tried to switch to python 3.x, wich is not a good idea, cause its not downward compatible to python 2.x programms.
What tells you
Code: | eselect python list
Available Python interpreters:
[1] python2.5
[2] python2.6 *
[3] python3.1 |
You should set it to 2.6, if its not, then try again to run python updater.
If its still the same problem, what happens if you emerge 'dev-python/dbus-python' by hand, and retry.
Worst case could be that you have to do an emerge -DuvaN world and/or an revdep-rebuild to fix it.
Much success, Andy. _________________ If you want to see a Distro done right, compile it yourself! |
