Hello together!

Since a world update I have strange graphic problems like these under X Windows.
Not only with images but also with some GUI elements like menus (for example the firefox-bin menus are fine but the KDE-menus are shredded).

What I've done:
Code:
eselect profile set 5    # [5] default/linux/amd64/13.0/desktop/kde *
emerge --sync    # about 3 days ago
emerge -auvDN
dispatch-conf
emerge @preserved-rebuild

My USE-variable in make.conf :
USE="apm crypt csope ctype cups gimp gmp gnuplot icq jack jpeg2k \
mmx mpi mplayer netcdf plasma posix samba scanner semantic-desktop \
sharedmem smp sse sse2 sse3 sse4 rtmp theora threads udisks upower xinerama symlink"

Here is my emerge environment and here my package.use .
All packages could be installed without problems.

My graphics unit is on the CPU (Pentium B950) - lspci prints:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)[/code]

Does anyone of you have an idea what could be the problem?
Thanks for any help!

PS:
If I run a 'vncserver' (Xvnc) on the system and connect to it (by vncviewer) then there are no graphic problems.
So maybe the problem has to do with X (from xorg)?
Code:
 X -version

X.Org X Server 1.13.4
Release Date: 2013-04-17
X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0
Build Operating System: Linux 3.10.7-gentoo x86_64 Gentoo
Current Operating System: Linux consystor7 3.0.6-gentoo #5 SMP Thu Dec 29 12:53:08 CET 2011 x86_64
Kernel command line: root=/dev/ram0 real_root=/dev/sda3 vga=0x317
Build Date: 12 September 2013  01:40:43AM

Current version of pixman: 0.28.0
        Before reporting problems, check http://wiki.x.org
to make sure that you have the latest version.

Hello!

I've played around with the xorg stuff and now I know that it's the xf86-video-intel driver.
I get the shredded graphics with xf86-video-intel
    * 2.20.13 (default) and
    * 2.99.901 (newest)

But with xf86-video-intel-2.19.0 and xorg-server-1.12.4-r4 (because the intel driver doesn't compile with newer available xorg-servers) I got no shredded graphics so far...

BTW: Between the masks in package.use I made an
emerge -av @x11-module-rebuild

Should I report this the xorg guys?

Best regards!

PS:
It seems that the problem still occurs - it's only not that bad. :(
So what can I do? There's no older available intel video driver...

Hello again!

I've seen that the artefacts are always and only on the title bars of the windows.
So I've played around with the KDE settings and set
Desctop Effects -> Advanced -> Compositing type
from OpenGL to XRender . :)

Now I've no more artefacts.

EDIT:
I think the first very bad artefacts which disappeared with the older intel video driver have nothing to do with the smaller artefacts under KDE because they also appeared in twm...
