SVN version - yes (haven't checked latest commits, but in general it works fine). _________________ Microsoft is not the answer, Microsoft is the question, the answer is no. |

Works for me too. Please explain the problem you're facing.
If you can't click on anything, the problem is not in Wesnoth but in libsdl-1.2.14
Solution: mask =libsdl-1.2.14 and downgrade to libsdl-1.2.13-r1 |

I feel a bit offended : by dint of seeing people not googling things, you take that no-ones ever does ?
Your first google hit link points to : http://packages.gentoo.org/package/games-strategy/wesnoth
1.6.5 is stable version, and my question was - clearly - referring to the development version (a.k.a 1.7.

Actually the SVN version works pretty well, apart from the multiplayer part : the official server's game list is empty since no-one plays with such an advanced version.

This is a problem that I encounter, yes, but actually there's something simpler to get rid of it : put yourself in full screen (CTRL+F) and everything works.
But my very problem was : there's no ebuild for the development version (1.7. , nowhere.
For those who might be interested by a (terrible) work-around : download and compile the sources with cmake |
