|
|
I've searched far and wide for a solution to this problem with no luck.
I'm trying to get TV-out working on my GeForce3 Ti 200 video card. I connected it to my TV by feeding the S-VIDEO output on the card, through a convertor, to the composite video input on my TV.
When I disconnect all other video outputs from the card (e.g. monitor) and power up the machine, the screen flickers a few times, as if the video card is cycling through a number of different modes. One of these modes is the correct one because the TV displays the expected BIOS bootstrap screen. But then, after another split second, the mode changes again, and the screen becomes static-y and finally blue (no signal). It's as if the video card expects to receive a confirmation signal from the TV on hitting the correct mode but never receives it.
Please help! |

Also, the motherboard in the box is an Intel D850MD. Following a suggestion on another forum, I tried flash updating the BIOS but the problem persists. |
