I was type in Konsole under kde4.3.1 reboot, and when system restart kde won't start correctly. In splash-screen, which shows up on kde start, last icon (Kde) doesn't show up, and after that black screen is shown, when i move mouse, it moves, but nothing more is shown. Splash-screen is here and error file.What to do now?
//sorry for my bad english

Try this:
Code:
make a backup of ~/.kde4 directory
remove ~/.kde4 directory
sudo /etc/init.d/xdm restart

Ok, then try this
Code:
rm -rf /var/tmp/kdecache-<user>

And try kde again.

I've found a problem, but I can't resolve it, couse it damaged lot of gentoo-kde-installations. I even don't now that my kde-4.3.1 was upgraded to kde-4.3.2 and problem si with akonadi server and client. I've already read all. what I've found in google, even on ubuntu forums, but the method on ubuntu doesn't work on gentoo. Some of method tells to comment 1line in ~/.local/share/akonadi/mysql.conf, but not every one has this problem
Errors info from akonadi.log
Code:

Test 9:  ERROR
Akonadi control process not registered at D-Bus.
Details: The Akonadi control process is not registered at D-Bus which typically means it was not started or encountered a fatal error during startup.
Test 10:  ERROR
Akonadi server process not registered at D-Bus.
Details: The Akonadi server process is not registered at D-Bus which typically means it was not started or encountered a fatal error during startup.
Test 12:  ERROR
No resource agents found.
Details: No resource agents have been found, Akonadi is not usable without at least one. This usually means that no resource agents are installed or that there is a setup problem. The following paths have been searched: '/usr/share/akonadi/agents /usr/share/akonadi/agents'. The XDG_DATA_DIRS environment variable is set to '/usr/share:/usr/local/share:/usr/share', make sure this includes all paths where Akonadi agents are installed to.

So I think I'll back to fluxbox. 10days with KDE.4.3 and it won't start anymore. Maybe when someone fix this bug, i'll try to use it once more :). Anyway thanks for reply and suggestions.

//edit
where kde keeps XDG_DATA_DIR?
