Is there a way you can build a package from something which is already installed? What I'd like to do is something like this:

emerge --buildpkgonly world

Code:

emerge -e --buildpkgonly world

The first doesn't work since there are no new packages for world, and the second says it can't build a package unless all dependencies are installed.

The reason why I want to do this is 'cause I forgot to set the buildpkg feature in make.conf and I don't feel like re-emerging the whole system (I've had some bad experiences with emerge -e world).
