e100 lan card prob.

i think i can't get my lan card working, but i've compiled it in the kernel (e100 the alternative) and i can see my kernel load it everytime i start linux.

(ex. intel lan ethernet express 100(sort of) when booting.

but when i type ifconfig all i got is lo no eth0, is this normal or is there something wrong, well im still new at linux especially to networking.

okey found da prob, i just first start the thing, ./net-eth0 start

you should also add the net.eth0 script to runlevel default
