Don't want to write the XF86Config-4 by myself...

Yes, /etc/X11R6/bin/xf86config is what you are looking for. It's documented here. (Look for Code Listing 4)

Try xf86cfg or xf86config.

i personaly like XFree86 -configure (and use the conf it creates)
