It fails saying I need to unmerge the old one (1.2.6) before merging in 1.2.7.
Will this kill my config and my users preferences? |

AFAIK the files in /etc/squirrelmail stay put. You could back them up to be doubly sure. _________________ Postcount ++ |

Both the config file protection and Portage's smart cleaning capability should keep them safe.
Though, if you're really concerned, "tar cjf squirrel-backup.tar.bz2 /etc/squirrelmail/". _________________ I don't believe in witty sigs. |

squirrelmail is stored in /home/httpd/htdocs/squirrelmail
That is where the ebuild puts it all, should i change this?
And since its not there, what now? |
