|I have recently installed Gentoo on a Toshiba laptop. Pretty much everything (including the mouse and gpm) works just dandy. One question: I get this output at boot:
* Starting gpm...
modprobe: Can't locate module ds
Is it true that gpm is looking for module ds.o (or does it mean something else when it says "module ds")?
If so, why does it care about ds.o? Doesn't ds.o (see CONFIG_PCMCIA) have nothing to do with an internal ps2 mouse or gpm?
In seemingly unrelated news, CONFIG_PCMCIA is compiled in to the kernel (not as a module) and my pcmcia network card works fine.
