I have no idea how to tackle this.
Can't find qt-4.4.0-alpha anywhere on my system.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Gerard.

I followed the advice in the link.
When I did emerge -uDp world it showed the same as above.
Without the blockers.
When I repeated the command without the p it installs 26 packages!
Gerard.

Of course! It does not index forums.gentoo.org at all. It used to, but has been locked out for a while. The solution to allowing it back is trivial, but apparently moderators prefer to lock the thread and sit on it rather than making it happen :(

I tried Yahoo! 's search, but it looks like it has been blocked also.
The search-engine in the forum.....well we all know it's qualities.
Are there any other possibilities?
Gerard.

Thanks gimpel.
Only when I enter "qt4_alpha" (this thread) it returns nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?
When I enter "portage" it works though.
Gerard.

Heck, indeed.
And the only sources it gets for results are gigablast, and, lol, live search.

Ok, nevermind clusty then.
