Hi,
I've written an article on using aufs2 for creating snapshots and various environment settings alike, in a chroot. I'd love to hear suggestions.
Mostly for developers, to help save chroot builds from getting destroyed.

Looks interesting. You have aufs patches from their website? Didn't get any user-friendly way to get an aufs patch for the latest stable kernel. \:

Actually, just compile sys-fs/aufs2 with kernel-patch use flag, and then compile the aufs, then cd to /usr/src/linux and recompile the kernel and simply reboot. It works out of the box.

Oh, thanks. Last time I've checked the package it was working with one or two versions behind "latest stable", but it's good that things have changed. (:
