I've started to get the following warning message every time I interact with portage:
| Code: | WARNING: One or more repositories have missing repo_name entries:
/usr/portage/local/profiles/repo_name
NOTE: Each repo_name entry should be a plain text file containing a
unique name for the repository on the first line. |
It doesn't seem to actually cause a problem, but does anyone know what it means and how I can stop it? I don't have a profiles directory under /usr/portage/local/ and I am using layman for the kde-testing overlay.

I think this should be:

echo "$HOSTNAME" >> /usr/local/portage/profiles/repo_name |
