konsole 4.1.2 window title

This thread is related to KDE 4 migration.
Before, I could see the name of the package portage was emerging at the moment in konsole title and other useful info.
In 4.1.2 there's only program name (i.e. "emerge", "mc"), and what's more, there's delay between executing a command and tab title / window title reaction. Delay is about 1 second and annoys me.
Is this fixable?

Go to profile settings ("edit current profile") -> tabs -> tab titles, see there.
