Mainboard MS6759, a oem board with intel 865PE chipset
and Intel Pro100 VM Network Connection NIC onboard,
can't get it work while CD boot 1.4 rc4
modprobe e100.o
modprobe eepro100.o
said no device ,
seems not supported by kernel ,
is there any kernel patch .
i can't find any one though google. |

| Same problem here - new Dell machines ship with this NIC on the motherboard. Red Hat recognizes it, and seems to use a driver called "e100", but the Gentoo Live CD doesn't find it.... |

by using kernel-2.6.0-test2 boot ,then install |
