Hi,
I installed KDE 4.1 release version from the kdesvn-portage overlay. Every works, except I have no text on the task manager for open windows. They are extremely wide, so I assume there should be text there, but all I get is an icon and a large black emptiness. I can't find any settings related to this, and when the active window is "glowing", it doesn't look like there is black-on-black text or anything. It's just blank.
EDIT: I just realized the clock is also blank.
Has anyone else got this problem? Any clues where I should look to enable/fix this? Thanks! |

I also have no text in the "Add widgets" box...
I've tried deleting my ~/.kde4.1 directory, I've tried the latest KDE 4.2 weekly... same problem.
Am I missing some font? The KDE font adder shows I have 127 fonts on my system. All of the fonts show up in the font settings panel. |

No text on taskbar happens when I'm using NX to login remotely, and there really is no text there. The text in the widgets box was white text on a white background and I'm not sure how to change the colors for just that window, everything else seems okay. |
