Did the routinely update this week and now my system hangs where the boot process waits for uevents to be processed. I can kill the services using CTRL+C and the boot process continous. It also looks like the system works correctly. What happend here? Using CTRL+C all the time during booting is not a funny prospect.

Did you update all your config files with dispatch-conf for etc-update after you upgraded (and before you booted)?

Cheers,
