That's odd, the same thing here just returns Code: | !!! '@security' is not a valid package atom.
!!! Please check ebuild(5) for full details.
!!! (Did you specify a version but forget to prefix with '='?) |
What portage version and what shell are you using, out of curiosity? _________________ "You have to invite me in" |

It must be a goodness of the new portage(2.2_rc6). The output is different from yours;

emerge: 'security' is an empty set
emerge: no targets left after set expansion
