Acer Aspire 1604LC anyone?

hello,
I consider buying an Acer Aspire 1604LC laptop. I looked
for information on running Linux on it at www.linux-laptop.net as well as at Google.
There doesn't seem to be any info on that model . The closest one available was 1601LC (http://1601lc.tuxfamily.org/).

My question is does anybody use Aspire 1604LC with Gentoo/RedHat and how much success in getting hardware work
has he/she got?
