how to create a "backup mx" server with not assume all spam

i am running a backup mx with postfix. but now, all the spammers are sending their spam to my backup. the backup server has no user database and can not filter against it.

i want, the the backup only assume mails, if the primary ist not responding. is there an available configuration for postfix or any other mailserver?

Create a list of valid addresses and put it on the backup MX.
