Can't find portage R7

I just rsynced and portage 2.0.48-r7 is in the tree, but no download mirror seems to have it. Was this unmasked by mistake?

Probably just hasn't propagated across all the mirrors yet. I was able to emerge -f it from http://gentoo.twobit.net/portage/portage-2.0.48-r7.tar.bz2

The ebuild is masked on my system: KEYWORDS="~alpha ~amd64 ~arm ~hppa ~mips ~ppc ~sparc ~x86"

Weird. That site is unreachable, error getting IP address from DNS. Maybe I was just not meant to have it. :?
