Updating Coreboot/LinuxBIOS Payload

I have a computer with LinuxBIOS installed on it. I need to do one of two things.

1. Update to a version of etherboot that supports PXE booting.
2. Flash BIOS to manufacturers BIOS.

I've been working on doing two, but I cannot for the life of me get LinuxBIOS to boot from a floppy disk. All I can get is the FILO boot prompt. Hopefully someone on this site is familiar with LinuxBIOS.
