Hi,

Might be difficult for you but can you post your 'emerge --info'?

At least can you tell us if you work in a stable branch?

Can you give what you have in /etc/portage/package.use, .mask, or .keywords if any?

Good,

First I'd recommand to try the following to have your system fully updated
Code:

emerge --sync

then
Code:

emerge -uDNav world

check what packages will be updated and answer 'yes' if ok, then
Code:

emerge --depclean -p

check which package will be unmurged, then if OK
Code:

emerge --depclean

then
Code:

revdep-rebuild

then tell us how it goes.
