If any partition/filesystem on the disk is mounted when you modify it with fdisk, you'll need to reboot before the new table is used/recognised.
Anyway, what does `ls /dev/hd*` return? _________________ "You have to invite me in" |

Ok, from looking about again i fubared my fdisk by doing it on hdb1 instead of hdb. Just ran fdisk again and get better outputs, hdb1 2 and 3 instead of hdb1p3. |
