I installed nfs underground 2 demo and after running game my x - server have been restarted.
I use wine 0.9.57.

I've upgraded wine to 0.9.60 and the problem is still  I run winecfg and configured to emulate win xp but it didn't work. Do you have other solutions?
Edit: It is possible that I will never run this game on wine, because -> http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=3837 |

i've played the game in wine... not sure about the demo though... i know the carbon demo works in wine though...

What hardware you have?
My graphic card is integrated with motherboard - INTEL 945GM. I don't know how this game works on windows because I have installed only Gentoooo  And I know that in wine quality of games are worst than on windows. Maybe it is source of problem ? |

This is not true ;) not in my experience at least, remember Wine, as its name says Wine Is Not an Emulator, Wine is an implementation of the Windows API which translates it to "Linux language", Wine doesn't do it at 100% but it is an awesome software. It is emulators which usually tends to need better hardware for same perfomance.

My computer when I played NFS Underground 2 trough Wine was a 32bit AMD Sempron 3300+ 1GB RAM, GeForce 6200. As you can see, the graphic card was too poor but I remember I can play NFS Underground 2 with good fps, but with lowest graphic settings.

I remember I played Most Wanted in that computer too, but I didn't test it too much, I play every kind of games but I don't like racing games specially... specially when they're full of light-dressed women rubbing her bodies on the cars and men with the brain full of gas oil, focusing things like respect to the faster driver and to the most ugly car :P Don't misunderstand me, I am not preaching at all I just don't like it, if you like it, play it. :)
