Change Gentoo Website

My god...when the hell are we going to start changing the Gentoo website it's had the same antique design for a decade. If the Gentoo leaders tell us users what we have to do to participate in the website's design I'd be more than glad to come up with a new interface cus right now it just smacks of low standards. The Gentoo page needs to be changed in order for people to start gaining more interest in the project again, it's the small things like this that come a long way.
