Всем привет... помогите по мере возможности...
Стоит у меня Gentoo 2007 2.6.22-r5 (вроде) Athlon64, до не давнего времени все работало на УРА, от вреймбуфера до компиза, была карточка nv 7600... поставил nv 9600GT сэмерджил последние дрова- не подымаются Х :(
пишут нет такого девайса на ...:5:0:0 а команда lspci вовсе вместо моей карты выдает unknown VGA controller или, что вроде этого.... если это не достаточно могу выложить лог.
Заранее всем спасибо.

Пока 9-я серия нвидии не поддерживается. Дров пока нет.

Могу посоветовать только одно: Жди ;-)
или пока поставь Х-совые драйвера "nv", но вот будут ли и они работать - это тоже вопрос?

nvidia-drivers-169.09-r1

игры гамать не пробовал, но компиз пашет.
