currently in Gconf Editor under apps>metacity>global_keybindings I have for
switch_to_workspace_left <Control><Alt>Left
switch_to_workspace_right <Control><Alt>Right
I don't really know how the wheelup and down alias are for the Gconf Editor... _________________ Gentoo user since 2004.

I replaced metacity with openbox, disabled nautilus desktop rendering (who needs icons anyway ) and it's working perfectly (and faster) |

xfwm4 also has this great feature too. It can replace metacity as GNOME's window manager quite nicely.
