Privoxy slow

Has anyone else noticed a severe slowdown with privoxy and mozilla? I'm using version 3.0.0. Mozilla's proxy settings are:

HTTP: localhost 8118
SSL: localhost 8118

Yes. I having the same problems with privoxy. It´s realy slow.
Versiona are the UpToDates. Anyone who can give me a hint?

And I'll recycle it again.. anyone have the answer to the question above? Maybe another proxy server?
