Hi all. I'm setting up a DNS server using tinydns. Our server will be the "primary" of the zones we are serving, and a third-party BIND server will act as "secondary".
The problem arrives with zone transfers... I have been testing them using axfr-get to see what we get. I observed that when you ask a zone to the djbdns server, it gives you all the immediate records but also the records belonging to subzones. I mean, for instance we have one zone and one "subzone" like this:

zone.com:
host.zone.com
another.zone.com:
machine.another.zone.com

When asking for another.zone.com the axfr client would get only machine.another.zone.com. With BIND, when asking for zone.com, the axfr client would get only host.zone.com, but with tinydns the client would receive both host.zone.com and machine.another.zone.com.
Which behaviour is the standard? Could this mess the zones in the BIND slave? Is there a way to force axfrdns from djbdns to act in a different manner?

Thanks.
